At Sella, we believe fees should make sense.
That’s why we charge impossibly affordable rates for expert services, we don’t charge a commission, and we don’t mark up third-party costs. In other words, you pay for the services you actually use and nothing more.

Scheduling a dropoff is easy. Just let us know where you're coming from, what you're selling and when you want to meet. Then we'll match you with a nearby Sella rep that's able to take your items.
Keep in mind, dropoffs with local reps are typically at private residences by appointment only.Got it
For $10, a Sella rep will meet you at your door, load up a trunk's worth of items and take them away to be sold.
If you're in our extended service area, we include an additional mileage fee to compensate our Sella rep for the longer drive.
We'll let you know the total cost before you schedule a pickup, so you can factor that into your decision.Got it
If you’re outside our coverage areas or cannot schedule a curbside appointment, you’re in luck! With our new Mail-In service, you can ship items directly to a Sella Hub.
To use our Mail-In service, create an account and then select "Get a Mail-In Label" instead of "Schedule a Meetup" from your account dashboard.
Once we confirm your items meet our size & value guidelines, we'll send you a shipping label. Simply pack up the items you want sold, affix the label, and drop your package off at your nearest FedEx location.

If you're unsure what it's worth and it's a close call, consider doing a quick search on eBay, Craigslist and other marketplaces. Our experts are efficient and affordable, but they can't photograph, research and evaluate items for free. View our pricing.Got it

We publish your ad, refresh it weekly and respond to potential buyers, so you don’t have to! And if your item isn’t getting offers, we’ll let you know and recommend changes to attract more interest.
Our team will continue listing your item until it's sold, or you elect to cancel our service.
After 30 days, our team will do a complimentary listing refresh, recommend lowering your asking price by 20%, then repost listings to reach new buyers.

Sales on eBay, Mercari and other marketplaces are finalized after the marketplace imposed return window passes, which is typically 3-14 days.Got it
We believe fees should make sense. That's why our pricing is based on the work that’s actually required to sell your items, and we don't charge a commission.
Rates start at just $5.99 + $0.20/day for small items. Big items are slightly more expensive ($0.05/day per cubic-foot) because they require more storage space. Shipping & handling adds cost, and Paypal & eBay fees are what they are.
Here's an example showing exactly what we charge, and what your take-home profit would be. For more examples and information, please take a look at our Pricing.
You do! Our pricing team will recommend a selling plan based on extensive multi-marketplace research about current demand, item condition, and recent sales, but ultimately — you call the shots.
Here's an example selling plan:
Once you approve your pricing strategy, we'll start your item at the Initial Asking Price and slowly lower the price and negotiate with qualified offers over 30 days. Rest assured, we don't accept low offers early on, and we'll never go below your Never Accept Less Than Price.
If you change your mind at any time, you can always change your selling plan. Note that significant increases to pricing will likely prolong your selling cycle.
With Sella, you can rest assured that your items and information are safe, and forget about cash transactions in a 7-11 parking lot!
If you're in our service areas, you can schedule a curbside appointment with a verified Sella rep. If you’re outside our coverage area, you can ship items directly to a Sella Hub with our new Mail-In service.
We'll sell anything that fits in the trunk of a car, is easy for one person to carry, and is likely to sell on Craigslist or another marketplace. Check out our What to Sell page for ideas, tips, and guidelines.
Sella is a great fit for items that will easily sell for at least $25 locally, or at least $40 on sites like eBay (due to the cost of shipping & marketplace fees).
If you’re outside our coverage area or can't schedule a curbside appointment, you’re in luck! With our new Mail-In service, you can ship items directly to a Sella Hub, though it's best to stick to high value items that are easy and inexpensive to ship.
As soon as sales are finalized with buyers, we’ll add funds to your account balance and notify you by email. You can request funds electronically or via paper check, if you prefer.
For local sales, the return period is just 3 days, but it may take 10+ days for funds to be ready after sales on sites like eBay, due to shipping times and marketplace return policies.
