Get StartedScheduling a dropoff is easy. Just let us know where you're coming from, what you're selling and when you want to meet. Then we'll match you with a nearby Sella rep that's able to take your items.
Keep in mind, dropoffs with local reps are typically at private residences by appointment only.
Got itFor $10, a Sella rep will meet you at your door, load up a trunk's worth of items and take them away to be sold.
If you're in our extended service area, we include an additional mileage fee to compensate our Sella rep for the longer drive.
We'll let you know the total cost before you schedule a pickup, so you can factor that into your decision.
Got itIf you’re outside our coverage areas or cannot schedule a curbside appointment, you’re in luck! With our new Mail-In service, you can ship items directly to a Sella Hub.
To use our Mail-In service, create an account and then select "Get a Mail-In Label" instead of "Schedule a Meetup" from your account dashboard.
Once we confirm your items meet our size & value guidelines, we'll send you a shipping label. Simply pack up the items you want sold, affix the label, and drop your package off at your nearest FedEx location.

Got itBe sure your items look their best, and don't forget to include accessories and chargers. Label or bag items that should be sold together, and if you’ve got anything fragile, be sure to provide a box or wrap it in cushioning so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Got itWhen an essential part is missing, we'll quote you an optional Add-on Service to purchase a replacement and make a recommendation as to whether or not it's worth the added cost. If you decline the Add-on Service, you can still proceed with a sale "as-is."

Now that the prep is done, we let you know the listing is ready and ask you to review and approve the title, pricing strategy and description. This helps ensure accuracy, provides a chance to spice up listings, and gives you final say on price.
Yes! Our experts use a mix of research and experience to recommend a pricing strategy, but you get final say and can make edits at any time.
Once you approve your pricing strategy, we'll start your item at the Initial Asking Price and slowly lower the price over 30 days to the Never Accept Less Than Price, if necessary.
Rest assured, we don't accept low offers early on, and we'll never accept less than you've approved.

Rates start at just $5.99 + $0.20/day for small items. Big items are slightly more expensive ($0.05/day per cubic-foot) because they require more storage space. Shipping & handling adds cost, and Paypal & eBay fees are what they are.

As soon as sales are finalized with buyers, we’ll add funds to your account balance and notify you by email. You can request funds electronically or via paper check, if you prefer.
For local sales, the return period is just 3 days, but it may take 10+ days for funds to be ready after sales on sites like eBay, due to shipping times and marketplace return policies.
